Job Title: Digital Die Cutter OperatorJob Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Digital Die Cutter Operator to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating a digital die cutter machine and requires someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the flow of products from packaging to shipping, ensuring timely delivery.

ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate the digital die cutter machine.Load various materials such as paper, card stock, and cardboard.Own the workflow in and out of the printing machine.Organize and improve quality and efficiency in production processes.Assist in setting up and tearing down jobs to facilitate timely product delivery.
Essential SkillsExperience in printing, digital printing, and machine operation.Ability to lift 50+ pounds.Strong communication skills.Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications1+ year of production or leadership experience is preferred.Desire to grow and work with others in a team setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
