Job Title: Zoom-Boom Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a Zoom-Boom Operator on a new construction site in the city's southwest. Your primary responsibilities will involve loading and unloading construction materials from incoming trucks onto the site, moving materials across multiple floor levels, and assisting carpenters with backing and blocking within the building as needed.

Responsibilities

Operate Zoom-Boom/Telehandler to load and unload construction materials.Move materials to various levels within the construction site.Unload flatdecks and trailers as required.Assist carpenters with backing and blocking tasks inside the building.

Essential Skills

Possession of a valid Zoom-Boom/Telehandler Ticket.Experience in loading and unloading materials in a construction setting.Comfortable performing general labor tasks as needed.Reliable transportation is a must.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience operating a skid steer.Background in framing and carpentry work.

Work Environment

The work will take place on a multi-family construction site. You will work with a team of approximately 6-8 individuals in all weather conditions. The equipment is heated and enclosed for comfort. The work schedule is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime as required.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
