Zendesk Support & Data Audit Specialist
Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support & Distribution Audit Specialist with call center experience to support customer-facing activities while assisting with internal distribution report audit reviews. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and comfort working with data in Excel. The ideal candidate will be confident managing customer outreach related to audit findings and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the review process. Serve as a customer-facing point of contact, responding to inquiries through Zendesk and other support channels Support distribution report audit reviews by analyzing data, validating accuracy, and identifying discrepancies Conduct and manage outreach to customers related to audit inquiries, documentation requests, and follow-ups Maintain and update databases, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and properly documented Use Excel extensively to review, organize, and analyze financial or distribution-related data Collaborate with internal teams to resolve audit issues and ensure timely resolution Adhere to established processes and compliance requirements while handling sensitive financial or customer data We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - Zendesk Phone Support experience  - 3+ years Data Entry experience or Call Center Experience (multitasking - taking information over the phone and entering into a system)  - Bachelor's degree preferred or Highschool diploma + 3 year's relevant work experience  - Experience with reviewing documents/eligibility information/claims experience/audit experience  - Advanced or highly comfortable working knowledge of Excel  - Active listening skills and great communication  - Attention to detail and organizational skills  - Reliable  - Experience working in a remote or hybrid setting - self sufficient - Experience with SharePoint - Human Services or government background -Bilingual
