YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!Youth Therapist requires a therapy/counseling background and experience with crisis-intervention. Therapist will require extensive experience working with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, gender variant youth and their families. This position must have experience assisting youth questioning their sexuality or gender identity and the ability to help them work through their past trauma.
Key Responsibilities:One-on-One Therapy with LGBTQ Youth & FamiliesConnection & marketing with the greater therapy community in Broward CountyCounseling and Crisis-Intervention as NecessaryTimely and through treatment planning and ongoing updates quarterly and as client progressesTimely and accurate documentation of case notes entered into the EHC systemLinkage to life coaching/case managementParticipation in regular case conferences with other therapist as well as case-managersFacilitate GroupsOther duties as assignedEducation:
Master's Degree in a Counseling field, registered intern status minimum requirement, licensed preferred
