Within the assigned dormitory and during active programming hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM), this position is responsible for providing supervision, safety, and security for adjudicated male youth ages 12-21 in a juvenile correctional setting. Duties include offering guidance, mentorship, and support; implementing appropriate correction and behavioral interventions; teaching and modeling positive skills; and coordinating daily services and activities to ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Preference may be given to applicants with at least one year of work experience with youth services.
