Description
Are you a clinically minded professional passionate about helping young people thrive in their homes, schools, and communities? Astor Services is launching an innovative Youth Assertive Community Treatment (Youth ACT) program, and we’re seeking dedicated Clinical Support Staff to join our dynamic, mission-driven team.
As part of this new community-based initiative, you will play a key role in supporting youth and families in developing meaningful skills, strengthening relationships, and accessing community resources. This is an exciting opportunity to be on the ground floor of a program designed to meet youth where they are—literally and clinically.
As a Clinical Support Staff, you will provide direct, community-centered services that help youth build coping strategies, achieve educational and vocational goals, and experience success across life domains. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary Youth ACT Team to deliver high-impact, individualized care.
What You’ll Do:
· Provide in-home and community-based targeted interventions focused on skill development, education, and training to support treatment goals.
· Take lead responsibility for integrating educational and vocational goals into treatment planning.
· Support youth through all phases of vocational services, promoting pathways to meaningful engagement.
· Collaborate consistently with the Youth ACT Team to ensure responsive, flexible adjustments to services based on client needs.
· Participate in a shared on-call rotation to provide 24/7 crisis intervention support to program participants.

Salary: $22.12/hour

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
· Candidates who are passionate about clinical work and motivated to help youth succeed in real-world environments.
· Education: Master’s degree in a mental health field A bachelor’s degree in a mental-health related field may be considered with adequate experience in crisis intervention and service provision.
· People who can adapt quickly, think creatively, and respond compassionately in moments of crisis.
· Individual with valid New York State driver’s license meeting agency standards.
· Due to meeting with families in their home, must be able to navigate environments that may not comply with ADA standards, including climbing and descending stairs without assistance.
Salary Description
