DescriptionThe Yoga instructor creates and leads the highest level of service to guests with a variety of yoga and wellness-inspired classes, they provide personal individual training sessions and private group yoga classes. They are responsible for responding to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities\n       To provide Hotel guests with a personal yoga orientation (medical questionnaire, fitness assessment, program development) before they commence an exercise program.\n      Develop an evolving, interesting array of yoga/wellness opportunities to motivate our guests.\nPromote and up sell revenue generating private training and wellness classes to meet guest needs.\nMonitor fitness level and requirements of all participants and design classes to suit individual needs.\nDevelop and maintain professional relationships with participants and ensurean optimal level of guest services.\nEnsure guest satisfaction and assist in answering all participant queries.\nPrepare and promote a schedule for group yoga and assist participants in attending yoga classes.\nInform participants in various forms of yoga and its effect on the body and mind.\nPerform and demonstrate all yoga exercises to participants and ensure compliance with safety and health standards.\n Assist participants in performing all exercises effectively.\n Evaluate exercises performed by participants, and recommend correction or proper body alignment whenever required.      \nMaintain a neat and clean exercise room/yoga pavilion at all times.\nMotivational speaker providing encouragement to participants. Connect with students during the yoga classes through fun, intelligent sequencing.      \nOffer training recommendations to improve the practice of yoga. Knowledge of Fitness science, the human body, Anatomy, and Physiology.\nLiaise with the Recreation Manager in setting up and running a timetable of yoga and meditation classes, activities, events, training, etc.\n


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nMinimum of 1 to 2 years experience in a similar position.\nPreferably in an international, luxury five-star hotel.\nEnglish - excellent communication skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n
