The Yardi Support Specialist role provides support to Operations at the Regional and Property level, in working with Yardi (along with ancillary applications) and giving guidance on the proper processes and procedures for accurate accounting.Job Description
Monitor ServiceNow queue and respond to client requests for support in a timely mannerDocument client requests and resolutions in ServiceNowCreate knowledge articles (KBAs) within ServiceNowEnsure technology projects delivery of first-class quality within agreed budget and timeframeDaily interaction with users to assist with questions and corrections needed within the SystemDaily interaction as needed with various corporate departments to ensure accurate corrections are madeDaily interaction with CAD Team to ensure Yardi system performanceAssist with instruction on proper processes and procedures within the systemRecommendations to Management when additional training is needed with individualsAssist users as needed for reporting and accounting questions within the SystemAssist with system errors and data anomalies as needed on daily basisAssist with set up of users and permissions within the systemUser and vendor troubleshooting within the systemTrack trends of service requests and work with clients to mitigate recurring incidentsPrepare and understand client metric and status reportsAdditional assignments and projects as neededVariety of stakeholders, to influence and negotiate on schedule and deliverables where applicableDrive stakeholder communication and stimulate business project parties’ engagementQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or information systems strongly recommended1 to 2 years of Finance / Accounting experience strongly desirable1 to 2 years of experience in Yardi Systems (Voyager, RentCafé Site Manager, CRM Flex), RealPage (Leasing and Rents, Financial Suite)Strong Microsoft Office skillsExperience with Service NowExperience with Microsoft Teams desirableStrong Customer Service SkillsStrong skill in teaching others processes and proceduresDemonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail & initiativeKnowledge in SQL Server Stack (DB, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) and security architecture is a plusAbility to adapt and understand prioritiesSelf-starter and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksDemonstrated ability to interact successfully with all levels within a companyExcellent oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment.Skills & Personal Qualities:
