**Now Hiring: Yard Worker** We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Yard Worker to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you. **Job Responsibilities** + Operate a forklift to move inventory throughout the yard. + Pull orders from trucks and prepare them for delivery. + Assist with deliveries alongside full-time employees (no driving required). + Use hand tools for framing and general yard tasks. + Collaborate with a team of approximately 25 yard workers. **What We’re Looking For** + At least 6 months of forklift and production experience. + Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions. + Proficiency with hand tools and at least 6 months of framing experience. + Experience in construction or general labor is a plus. + Understanding of basic manufacturing processes. **Why Join Us?** + Competitive benefits package including: + Profit-sharing + Paid time off + 401(k) with company match + Health, dental, vision, and life insurance + Significant employee discounts **Work Environment & Schedule** + Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM + Every other Saturday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM + Additional hours during peak seasons + Work both indoors and outdoors—dress appropriately for the weather + Safety gear provided (gloves, safety glasses, hard hat) + Casual dress code: jeans and a t-shirt are fine **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
