**Job Title: Yard Worker** **Location: Houston Texas** **Pay Range: $17.00** **Schedule : 6:00 am to 3:00 pm** **Monday thru Friday** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and hardworking **Yard Worker** to join our team. The Yard Worker is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the yard or outdoor work area. This role involves manual labor, equipment operation, and assisting with loading/unloading materials. **Key Responsibilities:** + Maintain a clean and organized yard by removing debris, sweeping, and disposing of waste properly. + Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks or storage areas. + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other machinery (if certified). + Assist with inventory control and tracking of yard materials. + Perform routine maintenance on yard equipment and tools. + Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents. + Support other departments as needed with general labor tasks. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. + Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions. + Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in yard work. + Forklift certification (preferred but not required). + Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail. **Work Environment:** + Outdoor work environment with exposure to varying weather conditions. + May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
