**Job Title: Yard Truck Operator** **Job Description** As a Yard Truck Operator, you will be responsible for operating both sit down and stand-up forklifts to move skids, pallets, and raw materials. You will be involved in loading and unloading trucks, handling various equipment such as round balers, skid steers, tractors, DMCs, and windrowers. Additionally, you will support the shop with miscellaneous forklift needs, perform computer transactions to accurately document moved inventory, prepare shipments for painted parts, and ensure visual inspections of units before shipping to validate order options and check for visible defects. **Responsibilities** + Operate sit down and stand-up forklifts to move skids, pallets, and raw materials. + Load and unload trucks with various materials and equipment. + Support the shop with miscellaneous forklift needs, including emptying scrap tubs and staging skids. + Perform computer transactions to accurately document moved inventory. + Prepare shipments for painted parts, including creating digital shippers. + Conduct visual inspections and walk-arounds on units prior to shipping to ensure accuracy and absence of visible defects. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year experience operating a forklift in both indoor and outdoor environments. + Ability to operate stand-up forklifts is critical. + Experience in loading and unloading trucks, and staging products inside and outside. + Proficiency in inventory management and using RF scanners. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values a positive working environment within the Prototype shop. While generally slower-paced than a full production environment, the shop demands high attention to detail and accuracy, along with dependability. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of New Holland, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
