Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking general laborer to join our construction team. This role involves various tasks on-site to support construction projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with loading and unloading materials.Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing work areas.Operate basic tools and equipment safely.Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.Perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying materials.Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.Cycle counting and inventory management.Pull inventory for assembly.Utilize ERP systems.Essential SkillsProficiency with power tools and hand tools.Experience in construction and cleaning.Ability to haul materials efficiently.Attention to detail.Additional Skills & Qualifications1+ years of experience in a labor role.Positive outlook and go-getter mentality.Ability to work assigned schedules as defined by production needs.Experience with Straddle Carrier is a nice-to-have.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work on-site from Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday with the option of 1st Shift from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm or 2nd Shift from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am. Enjoy working in a facility equipped with AC/Heat and brand new machinery. The company focuses on multi-family living, senior living, and hospitality development sectors, designing and manufacturing industry-leading full volumetric modular units for the Upper-Midwest.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
