**Job Title: Yard Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a Yard Technician to expertly operate and maintain a variety of equipment around the yard. This role involves hands-on technical work, ensuring all machinery is functioning optimally and safely. **Responsibilities** + Operate equipment such as Mini Excavators, Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, Forklifts, and Skidsteers. + Perform greasing of equipment to ensure smooth operation. + Clean and power wash equipment to maintain hygiene and efficiency. + Conduct daily preventative maintenance on all yard equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude and general labor skills. + Experience as an equipment operator, especially in construction. + Knowledge in maintenance and repair of machinery. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1-2+ years of experience in the construction industry. + Good communication skills for customer engagement. + Experience with forklifts, excavators, and skidsteers is advantageous but not mandatory. + Bilingual abilities are a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that offers opportunities for advancement and certifications. This role requires hands-on interaction with various equipment and offers a structured schedule. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
