**Job Title: Yard Nights** **Shift: 6p or 7p - completion** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and hardworking individual to join our team working in the yard at night. The role involves pouring, casting, and finishing concrete panels, as well as stripping and cleaning forms once the concrete is cured. **Responsibilities** + Work in the plant pouring, casting, and finishing concrete panels. + Responsible for stripping concrete once it is cured. + Clean the forms after the concrete is cured and moved to the yard. **Essential Skills** + Prior experience in concrete, manual labor, or landscaping. + Ability to lift 75+ lbs when needed. + Willingness to work nights and weekends. + Capability to lift, bend, and climb repeatedly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior Yard Jockey experience is preferred. + Experience with pouring concrete is advantageous. + Skills in operating a forklift and general driving. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where hard work and dedication are valued. You will work in teams of about 20 within departments like Wide-Bed and Rolling Bed. Be prepared to work in various weather conditions including rain, sleet, and wind, as the site is located on a mountain top, making it colder than surrounding areas. The shift hours range from 6am to completion (up to 6pm) and 6pm to completion (up to 6am), with work on every other or every third weekend, totaling 50-60 hours a week. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mahanoy City, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
