**JOB TITLE:** Yard Laborer – Rental **DEPARTMENT:** Rental **LOCATION:** Braselton, GA **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Yard Laborer is responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near the plant yard or worksite, ensuring efficient handling, organization, and maintenance of materials and equipment. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Read work or shipping orders and follow verbal instructions to locate, move, and organize products in the warehouse or rental yard. + Load and unload materials onto or from trucks, pallets, trays, and racks by hand. + Attach identifying tags or labels to materials and mark information on cases, bundles, or other packaging containers. + Stack and assemble materials and equipment into bundles, using banding, skids, and containers appropriately. + Maintain cleanliness of products, materials, equipment, and yard area to keep spaces free of debris. + Operate cleaning machinery, power tools, and hand tools for maintenance or renovation of forms as needed. + Perform other duties as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Ability to read, write, and understand English. + Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and counting. + Knowledge of and adherence to safety operating procedures and equipment use. + Ability to operate air tools, hand tools, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). **EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:** + High School Diploma or equivalent. **PHYSICAL DEMANDS:** + Ability to walk, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and climb. + Regularly lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. + Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. **WORK ENVIRONMENT:** + Work is performed outdoors and requires exposure to all types of inclement weather, including rain, heat, cold, and snow. + Requires use of PPE, including hearing protection, safety glasses, hard hat, and steel-toe shoes. + Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals. + Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
