**Job Title: Yard Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker responsible for performing a variety of tasks in a concrete and masonry plant. This role involves general labor and production work, ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the plant, and handling materials efficiently. **Responsibilities** + Perform general labor and production tasks. + Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the plant through sweeping and other duties. + Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. + Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor, preferably as a yard worker or in a similar role. + Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in concrete or industry-related work is advantageous but not required. + Entry-level candidates with previous labor experience are encouraged to apply. **Work Environment** This position is based in a concrete and masonry plant, which can be a dirty environment and is subject to varying temperatures, including cold and heat.
