Job Description

Join our dynamic Yard Team, where you will play a crucial role in moving, staging, and supplying truck components and finished trucks throughout the yard. As a Yard Associate, you will operate industrial forklifts and other heavy equipment, ensuring that all trucks are detailed and cleaned before they reach our customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for lawn maintenance, including mowing, weed whacking, and snow shoveling as needed.

ResponsibilitiesOperate industrial forklifts and various heavy equipment.Move, stage, and supply truck components and finished trucks throughout the yard.Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, weed whacking, and snow shoveling.Detail and clean trucks in the detailing bay before customer delivery.Essential Skills2 years of heavy equipment operation experience.2 years of experience utilizing an RF scan gun.Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.Additional Skills & QualificationsCDL is a nice-to-have qualification.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work outdoors in an 80% outside yard role, experiencing the elements. The position is on the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with up to 5 hours of overtime. Embrace a hands-on environment where you can utilize your skills and contribute to a team-oriented setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union Grove, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
