Job Title: X-Ray TechnicianJob Description We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician for a direct hire position in the Tri Cities area. The role involves utilizing radiologic equipment with proper techniques and procedures to obtain appropriate radiological images as directed by the physician. Responsibilities + Utilize radiologic equipment effectively to capture high-quality radiological images. + Follow physician directives for imaging procedures. + Instruct patients on the radiological procedures to ensure comfort and compliance. + Maintain images in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. + Clean and maintain examination rooms and equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Essential Skills + Proficiency in X-ray and radiology techniques. + ARRT certification and current license in Tennessee or Mississippi, depending on the work location, is required and must be maintained. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Completion of an accredited radiology program. Work Environment The position is based in an office setting.
