Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Complete client data entry according to procedures.Support administration of Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP) and/or Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP)Manage day-to-day operational tasks for assigned wrap-up programsMaintain accurate enrollment documentation and recordsMonitor subcontractor compliance with insurance requirementsIssue OCIP/CCIP certificates of insuranceShow proficiency in utilizing resources and software to generate reports and/or other requested information.Complete routinely daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as assigned.Retrieve information from carrier websites, as required, and keep our Client Management system appropriately updated.Maintains up to date knowledge of: departmental systems, related technology, and policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications

1. High school graduate or equivalent
2. 1-2 years of construction experience preferred but not required
3. Property & Casualty license not required until after hired
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
