This practice is part of Portfolio Technology, a commercial offering of technology and data services that provide CBRE client’s an option to procure solutions they would otherwise obtain in the open market. The Tech Advisory Practice provides analysis and recommendations regarding client’s existing technology stacks to identify gaps, underperformance, issues and opportunities for improvement or cost reduction. **What You’ll Do:** + Lead Technology Advisory projects that provide valuable and actionable analysis and recommendations. + Own the practice revenue stream including participating in sales and marketing activities, hitting profitability and growth targets. + Develop product offering including new analysis tools and outputs. + Stays abreast of CRE, FM and Workplace applications and solutions on the market. + Build lasting client relationships as a foundation to foster opportunities for additional services. + Collaborate with other practices to share resources and insights to drive the Portfolio Technology business. + Build the practice team including recruiting, hiring, onboarding and developing. + Participating in industry events including speaking engagements. + Lead, develop and manage direct reports including goal setting, direction, performance and adherence to CBRE RISE Values. The minimum salary for the Workplace Strategy Director position is $190,000 annually [or $91.35 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Workplace Strategy Director position is $205,000 annually [or $98.55 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
