**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Workplace Strategy Consultant, you will manage workplace and occupancy data to build strategic deliverables and partner with global cross-functional teams to deliver workplace strategy initiatives for a client in the Technology, Media and Telecom sector.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Manage workplace and occupancy information and partner with cross-functional teams to develop strategic portfolio deliverables.
+ Build executive level presentations that integrate portfolio strategy, occupancy planning, and transaction management data to support business decisions that affect real estate strategy and the employee experience.
+ Identify data for the creation of space solutions. Produce recommendations that depict workplace information in relation to quantitative and qualitative data. Illustrate relationships that impact spaces.
+ Measure work environment efficiency, effectiveness, and expression. Participate in client meetings and present workplace and occupancy information to support decision-making.
+ Collaborate with internal partners to communicate workplace change guidelines and principles.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand direction and workplace needs. Support the development of department requirements in alignment with business and market conditions.
+ Assist in crafting materials to improve flexible ways of working and align business units to adopt change.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish sophisticated assignments and provide innovative solutions.
+ Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
+ Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams work within broad guidelines and policies.
+ Explain difficult or critical information.
+ Other duties as assigned.

+ Experience in workplace strategy, data analytics, and communications (both verbal and visual presentations) / change management (Preferred)
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-4 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Strong social skills to effectively communicate critical and sophisticated information to various audiences.
+ Shows strength of Google Suite and showcases outstanding interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mentality.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Strategy Consultant position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
