This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments. **What You'll Do:** + Develop a strategic framework for research processes and report-outs with management oversight + Contribute to collecting clients' needs and programming future office spaces. + Synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative data from various platforms. + Work cross-functionally with various internal and external subject matter experts to detail the consequences of new workplace and workspace recommendations. + Construct and act on a range of communication plans for client project work and internal team initiatives. + Guide internal and external working groups for feedback and evaluation. + Have a basic understanding of building codes and occupational standards. + Have some knowledge of standard design and hospitality principles with limited practical experience in applying them. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The minimum salary for the Workplace Strategy Analyst position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $100,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
