Job Purpose
The Workplace Services Supervisor is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality workplace operations across the factory site. This role oversees transportation, canteen operations, mail services, repair and maintenance requests, housekeeping, car parking, and the company shop & employee benefits. The supervisor ensures compliance with workplace governance and safety standards, manages vendor performance, supports daily operations, and delivers a consistent and positive employee experience.

Key Responsibility
Facility, Carparking and Security Management

Monitor facility conditions through routine inspections and initiate corrective actions when issues arise.Work with maintenance vendors and internal technician to ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Maintain an accurate maintenance schedule, including preventive Maintenance (PM/PPM) planning and communicate to employee.Support facility upgrades, minor renovations, office changes, and space allocation planning in collaboration with Engineering and SHE teams.Ensure all facility operations comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and corporate policies.Oversee the day-to-day performance of the security team (internal or vendor-based) to ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of the factory premises.Control and coordinate meeting room reservations to always ensure readiness.Administer parking allocations, enforce rules and safety (signage, markings, pedestrian lanes).Monitor occupancy, optimize utilization, and manage peak-hour traffic flow.


Shuttle Bus / Transportation

Oversee shuttle and pick-up services according to defined routes and timetables.Monitor adherence to SLAs (on-time departures/arrivals), capacity planning, and escalation of service disruptions.Oversee vehicle readiness (registration, insurance, preventive maintenance) and driver competency (licenses, training, fatigue management).Manage incident response, route changes, and communications to employees.Verify billing documents from service provider.


Company Shop, Canteen Operations and House Keeping

Oversee operation of company shop, make sure the shop can open and operate according to the service hours.Oversee food vendor performance: food safety, hygiene standards, menu quality, pricing compliance.Arrange the monthly canteen opening schedule, including weekends and public holidays.Manage day-to-day cleaning scope: production-adjacent areas, offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, pantries, and public areas.Implement cleaning schedules, frequencies, and QA inspections; maintain consumables and inventory control.


Mail Services

Supervise mail operations: intake, sorting, tracking, documentation, and secure handling (including confidential items).Ensure daily transport round is executed per schedule; enforce same-day processing SLA for postal and messenger services.


Cross-Functional & Vendor Management

Coordinate with Procurement for contract reviews, renewals, sourcing activities.Partner closely with SHE teams to ensure all workplace services comply with EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) policies.Oversee daily performance of all workplace service vendors (transportation, canteen, housekeeping, mailroom, company shop, maintenance).


Other Responsibilities

Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned to support business needs.


Experience & Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.3–5 years of experience in Workplace Services / Facilities Management / Soft Services in a large corporate environment.Proven experience supervising vendors and service teams (e.g., security, housekeeping, transport, mailroom).Familiarity with vendor management and procurement systems.Proficiency in MS Office and Canva.Fluent in Thai and English.
