**About the Role**
The Workplace Experience Specialist leads successful execution of daily operations, acting as the chief liaison for clients, vendors, and key cross-functional team.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling onsite vendor relationships from onboarding through offboarding, including access and badging, deliveries, contractual requirements, and other amenity-specific services.
The Workplace Experience Specialist ensures services provided are going above and beyond and ensures operations partners fully understand requirements.
This role is located at one of our client’s sites in the California Bay Area.
**Responsibilities**
+ Support Amenities manager in ensuring excellent clients, vendors, and internal operations
+ Strategically handle daily operations of a subset of amenities vendors across the Bay Area client campuses.
+ Serve as the main point of contact for staff and contractors
+ Considerately and promptly remedy issues/partner concerns as they arise.
+ Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for amenities vendors.
+ Accountable to develop and communicate end-to-end sophisticated plans to ensure detailed execution of high priority projects. Exercises good judgement to ensure that services are delivered to exceed client expectations, while maintaining adherence to guidelines and processes and demonstrating industry standards and experience.
+ Represent the Amenities Team during cross-functional new build planning and construction projects.
+ Source, launch, and lead new amenity programs to uphold and further Amenities Team standards across all Bay Area Campuses.
+ Drive the procurement process for all new and renewed vendor contracts, ensuring accurate documentation is acquired and appropriate access is granted.
+ Handle and strengthen client and vendor relationships.
+ Define, collect, and analyze operational metrics to identify KPI’s; use data to drive employees and vendor engagements across amenities programming.
+ Compose, implement, and maintain team structure and processes
+ Operate under Host Values and deliver fabulous experiences.
+ Assisting other Facilities departments as vital.
**What you’ll need**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED or comparable background with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
+ Interpersonal skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

**California Residents:** CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum annual salary for the **Workplace Experience Specialist** position is $81,500, and the max salary is $91,500. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
