This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building. **What You’ll Do:** + Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail. + Greet clients, applicants, and visitors upon arrival. Issue visitor passes and parking validations and follow security protocols. + Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms. This includes room setup, placing catering orders, and securing technological equipment. Request building and housekeeping services as needed. + Perform general clerical duties including distributing office faxes and packages and ordering office supplies. + Track incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and freight. Arrange messenger service as needed. Arrange hospitality services for guests such as transportation, tickets, reservations, etc. + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. + Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. + Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. **What you’ll need** **Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future** To thrive in this role, you will bring a combination of experience, skills, and passion for creating exceptional workplace experiences. Specifically, we are looking for: + **Eligibility:** Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future + **Education:** High School Diploma or GED required. A bachelor's degree in hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is a plus + **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of meeting and event planning, front desk, concierge services, customer service, or a related hospitality role + **Communication and Interpersonal Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to confidently interact with diverse individuals and build positive relationships, a warm and welcoming demeanor and genuine desire to assist others and strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with others. + **Organizational and Execution Skills:** Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines as needed and ability to follow instructions accurately and ask clarifying questions as needed + **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Etc.) The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Receptionist position is $50,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Receptionist position is $55,000 annually.
