As a **Workplace Experience Receptionist** , you will play a central role in keeping our workplace safe, organized, and efficient – every single day. Beyond overseeing the smooth operation of our facilities and services, you will be a trusted partner to both the organization and our clients, helping ensure seamless, high-quality experiences across the board.

**In this role you will:**
+ Deliver a **high‑quality Front of House experience** and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
+ Welcome and support customers, visitors, employees, and external partners, **ensuring a smooth and friendly experience** .
+ Manage access **badge systems** and support **parking access** processes.
+ Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, mail, and courier services in line with internal procedures.
+ **Monitor and replenish office supplies** regularly and provide general user support as needed.
+ Oversee meeting room **booking systems** and ensure all rooms are fully equipped and operational for daily use, events, and trainings.
+ **Support the delivery of** **Facilities Management services** and ensure all work orders are accurately recorded and completed through the Help Desk system.
+ Build strong **day‑to‑day relationships with the client** and proactively respond to operational needs.
+ **Assist the Facilities Coordinator** with purchasing activities, competitive pricing, tenders, and administrative approvals.
+ Promote and uphold excellent **Health & Safety standards** , conduct regular site inspections, and contribute to audit preparedness.
+ Support **Workplace Experience initiatives** and contribute to creating a positive, efficient working environment.
**What we’re looking for:**
+ **Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar Front of House role** , where professionalism and service excellence were key.
+ **Confident communication skills in English** (both spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
+ **Experience in a comparable administrative, reception, or facilities-support position** , ideally in a corporate environment.
+ **A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset** , with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and a naturally helpful, service‑focused attitude.
+ Good organizational abilities and comfort working with digital systems (booking tools, access control, e‑mail, etc.).
+ Reliability, attention to detail, and a professional presence when interacting with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
