**Main responsibilities:**
_As the Workplace Experience Head Eurasia MCO, you will be responsible for supporting the WX organization in performance monitoring of the Real Estate and Workplace function, improving the workplace experience of our Residents, in line with the new Workplace Experience model for Eurasia MCO._
_The role encompasses working on projects and programmes in hospitality services, workplace services, vendor relations, and employee well-being initiatives that align with Sanofi’s culture and values, to create an inclusive, efficient, and inspiring workspace._
_The purpose of the Workplace Experience Head is to lead the Workplace organization for Sanofi in MCO scope countries._
_He/ she will contribute to the global Workplace Experience strategy and policies and deploy this across the geography’s tertiary sites in MCO._
_He/ she will have the overall accountability to set up and lead the Workplace Experience organization, which allows all employees to work in an innovative and efficient environment that respects relevant policies in HSE and CSR as well as the economic standards of the Sanofi Group._
_The head of Workplace Experience - MCO is a member of the Workplace Experience International markets leadership team._
· _Define the Workplace Experience network and staff an appropriate Workplace Experience organization (Country Level, Site Level)_
· _Define a regional roadmap, based on as-is assessment and priorities_
· _Ensure the Workplace Experience SOP application at local site_
· _Consolidates and optimizes Workplace Experience budgets and reports to Regional and Global Workplace Experience_
· _Follow the performance of the business through KPIs defined by the Global Workplace Experience & Real Estate and reports to Region and Global_
· _Ensure resident satisfaction (satisfaction survey, ...)_
· _Coordinate the Workplace Experience tenders with Regional Purchasing, Global Workplace Experience and Purchasing Workplace Experience local Team_
· _Manage the relationship with the key regional stakeholder for Workplace Experience Topics_
· _Ensure implementation of IT Tools when necessary for good functioning of the sites (access Control, Food services payment, resident management, …)._
_At site level_
· _Occupiers Services such as Reception, Mail, Transportation, Food Services, HSE, Occupational Health_
· _Building services such as Maintenance, Safety& Security, Energy efficiency, Cleaning, Waste treatment_
_Effective change Management required to manage transition from current operating models to Workplace Experience Hospitality Management model_
_Highly complex service delivery driven by a wide range of countries, local legislations to be respected, different business requirements as well as outsourced operations_
_Geographic scope_
· _Coverage of Eurasia MCO_
_People Management_
· _Lead the Workplace Experience organization in the given geography with a solid line management responsibility for Workplace Experience teams on country level (Workplace Experience & HSE country managers/heads)_
_Direct reports – country Workplace Experience heads_
About you
· **Experience** : +10 years of relevant professional experience in Workplace Experience, HSE, Real Estate
· **Soft skills** :
• Experience in hospitality management, workplace services, or related people-facing roles

• Proficient in project management and budget oversight
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations
· **Education** : _Minimum Bachelor's Degree_
· **Languages** : Proficiency in English required, both spoken and written, Turkish as Native.
