**About the role**
Step into the dynamic world of a CBRE Workplace Experience Associate, where you are the welcoming face and pivotal force behind a world-class customer service experience. Your mission is to elevate the daily environment for every employee and guest, ensuring their visit is seamless, productive, and memorable.
As a core member of the Workplace Experience team, you won't just assist; you will be an active creator of an exceptional, high-touch atmosphere that leaves a lasting positive impression. This role is your platform to make a tangible impact on the culture and satisfaction of everyone in the building.
This role will be a daytime shift 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday, with some potential for overtime, if needed.
**What you’ll do**
+ First point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols. Escort visitors to the accurate location.
+ Monitoring security and fire life safety alarm systems and related follow-up communication.
+ Checking for environmental leaks for trucks entering the site.
+ Make a memorable first impression by answering the telephone in a professional manner.
+ Approve janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed. Address issues with vendors or staff as needed.
+ Resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers. Provide solutions in a professional customer-driven manner.
+ Review customized client materials to ensure they follow brand guidelines.
+ Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify management to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
+ Follow specific directions as given by the manager and work under minimal supervision.
+ Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.
+ Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
+ Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
+ Evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
**What You’ll Need:**
· High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED or equivalent experience required.
· Excellent communication skills.
· A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator role is $48,000 annually (or $23.07 hourly) and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $58,000 annually. (or $27.88 hourly). The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
