As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests in a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, focusing on ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for all visitors and staff.
ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, providing a friendly and welcoming demeanor.Issue visitor and parking passes while adhering to security protocols.Answer telephones professionally, creating presentations, and speaking to various-sized groups.Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders as required.Coordinate and execute workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.Acknowledge and address inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions in a professional, customer service-driven manner.Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setting up, tearing down, and delivering supplies.Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.Explain detailed and/or complicated information within the team, following specific directions from the manager.Perform tasks with clearly defined duties and methods, using existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.Effective communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.Work EnvironmentThis position is in-person and based in New York, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The role requires adherence to security protocols and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. The work environment is dynamic, with opportunities to interact with a diverse range of individuals.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
