**About the role**
As a Design Content Strategist, you will be part of a team responsible for the maintenance and operation of the client’s real estate design, delivery and operational standards housed on a content management system (CMS).
The ideal candidate will have a background in Architecture or Design Strategy.
This job is part of the Program Management function. Program Managers are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.
**What you’ll do**
+ Collaborate with client subject matter experts and design partners to strategize on content information structure and the development of design, delivery and operational standards
+ Perform migration of new content and maintain existing guidance within the backend of the client’s Content Management System (CMS)
+ Follow up independently with collaborators on relevant deliverables and timelines
+ Assist the team in the creation and editing of guidance within Google slides to ensure quality, including structural, copyediting, and graphical consistency and clarity
+ Develop new graphical content to support client standards, including floor plans, elevations, axonometrics, illustrations, diagrams and other graphical content as required
+ Provide copy-editing support for all stakeholder-generated content
+ Assist in media asset handling and tracking of any new images for use in the Content Management System backend
+ Assist in the database management for client specifications and products
+ Assist in data collection and analysis, including preparation of supporting presentations
+ Help maintain the platform via regular platform checks and content cleanup exercises
**What you’ll need**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and delivery or design strategy (or related design field). In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ A strategic mindset with the ability to conceptualize complex information hierarchies
+ Excellent communication skills and client presentation experience
+ Strong graphic design skills
+ A strong attention to detail
+ A self-starter who can independently organize tasks
+ Ability to collaborate with a broader team in the pursuit of larger efforts
+ Strong knowledge of Google Workplace software suite including Slides, Sheets, and Docs
+ Experience with graphical and architectural software including Adobe Creative Suite and Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit tools
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $105,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance
