About the role:
As a Workplace Concierge at Cushman & Wakefield's Head Office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-of-house experiences that align with a genuine hospitality experience. Your role includes ensuring the highest level of customer experience and supporting the team with various tasks such as:
Welcome and arrival experience.
Guest registration records.
Managed meeting room bookings.
Event management support.
Management of shared inboxes.
Answering phone calls and handling general enquiries and directions.
Coordinating inventory, invoicing, and ad hoc duties.
Catering and other event requirements.
Meeting room turnovers and refreshes.
About you:
Strong hospitality/customer service background.
Previous experience in a front-of-house environment at another large organisation.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Demonstrate a common-sense approach to problem-solving.
Experience supervising a team with direct reports.
Minimum completion of Higher School Certificate.
Minimum Certificate III in Hospitality preferred.
Attention to detail, planning and organisation, time management, financial acumen, effective communication, decision-making, business writing, risk and compliance management, and systems and data management.
