Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Workplace Analyst is part of C&W’s Total Workplace Research and Innovation team, supporting the Client Delivery Team. This role plays a key part in executing client engagements by delivering high-quality analysis, coordinating project milestones, and contributing to final deliverables. The analyst will work across a range of quantitative and qualitative research efforts—including survey design and execution, data analysis, and visualization—to generate insights that inform workplace and real estate strategy.
This role supports clients across industries such as finance, technology, healthcare, and professional services. Typical projects may include evaluating employee experience, measuring the impact of hybrid work models, analyzing workplace performance, and supporting organizational change efforts. The analyst will help translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive strategic decisions for clients.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Psychology, Market Research, or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 2-4 years of experience in research, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and statistical analysis. Experience working on client-facing projects and supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated track record of learning new datasets and analyses. Curious about evaluating and experimenting with new tools and technologies as they evolve.
• Strong written, oral, analytical, and graphic communication skills, with an ability to draw insights from data and communicate them in a compelling way to non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable supporting C&W team members and working seamlessly across different geographies and time-zones, business lines, and offices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). It is a plus to have experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), survey administration tools (Qualtrics or similar), statistical tools (Python, R), and/or project management tools (Smartsheet, Project).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Engagement & Project Execution
• Develop client reports by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative outputs to deliver actionable insights.
• Support client engagement execution, including tracking project milestones, coordinating deliverables, and managing stakeholder communications.
• Analyze and interpret business problems using benchmarking, survey design, and root cause analysis.
• Assist in managing client projects, ensuring appropriate resource allocation, and tracking project progress.
Survey & Data Analysis
• Manage survey administration (Qualtrics) by scoping, programming, distributing, and troubleshooting surveys.
• Ensure proper data flow and integration between survey tools and C&W’s analytics platforms (e.g., Triana, Power BI).
• Develop effective visualizations for survey data in dashboards (PowerBI) for use by stakeholders.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses on client data and assist in developing key insights.
Thought Leadership & Insight Development
• Contribute to the development of workplace research and thought leadership reports by analyzing trends across clients, sectors, and geographies.
• Support data cleaning, analysis, and visualization efforts for internal or external reports.
• Help compile relevant examples and case studies from client work that illustrate emerging trends or best practices.
• Draft key insights and visuals that can be leveraged in marketing materials, webinars, or published content.
Operational & Process Improvement
• Assist in enhancing internal processes for greater efficiency in project execution and resource management.
• Support the Client Delivery team by automating project tracking and reporting processes.
• Facilitate governance of project management best practices across engagements.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
