Contact for facilities matters, leading front-of-house services and ensuring high standards of customer service, safety, and operational excellence. Supports seamless workplace operations, enhances client and visitor experience, and fosters a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Front of House & Client Services
Be the welcoming face of our organization, delivering exceptional customer service during core business hours
Connect with colleagues, clients, and visitors through warm, professional interactions that create outstanding first impressions
Serve as the go-to person for building facilities, meeting rooms, events, and amenities
Manage visitor security protocols including announcements, security passes, and safety briefings
Create memorable experiences for new joiners through orientation tours and documentation
Monitor feedback and implement improvements to enhance reception excellence
Meeting Room, Event & Hospitality Management
Plan and execute memorable internal events with cross-functional team collaboration
Optimize meeting spaces through daily inspections, booking management, and utilization tracking
Set up meeting environments with AV/VC equipment and coordinate catering needs
Prepare refreshments and manage vendor partnerships for larger functions
Oversee events from concept to completion, including risk assessments and technical support
Manage costs, invoices, vendor relationships, and maintain inventory
Administrative & Facilities Operations
Process deliveries and support employee onboarding/offboarding processes
Coordinate facilities access, desk arrangements, space planning, and maintain seating plans
Conduct daily inspections, log maintenance issues, and manage work orders via JLL Corrigo with contractors
Coordinate Facilities helpdesk requests while monitoring vendor performance
Manage card access systems and ensure proactive premises maintenance
Build client relationships through regular updates and provide emergency contact availability
Health, Safety & Environment
Lead fire safety and evacuation procedures as reception team leader
Champion workplace safety through protocols, emergency procedures, and training programs
Ensure compliance with safety standards and support business continuity procedures

Proven capability in managing multiple priorities and complex operational matters
