Learn and understand development of machine learning (ML) projects and models Develop and improve machine learning (ML) models and services for the Digital Enterprise Plan, prepare, build, and analyze datasets for ML services on different employee engagement related applications Understand how a successful global business operates Work in an agile atmosphere where teamwork counts and cope with a dynamic environment

 

What you bring 

 

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Curiosity and enthusiasm for machine learning projects and data science Good skills in Python and basic skills in Java, SQL, and ML libraries Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering Language skills: Fluent in German and English is mandatory Proactive self-starter with demonstrated ability to take own initiative Experience working self-reliantly and collaboratively

The SIX Design & Piloting team brings a user centric perspective to customer and employee engagement related applications. We collaborate with the business and development teams to create assets and ¬digital products that will reach a growing audience across multiple countries.

 

With the constantly increasing volume of our cloud business we need to change the way we engage with our customer from traditional to digital channels and while doing so we want to provide them with a great experience. To handle this growing number of customer/employee interactions and increase scalability we use artificial intelligence (AI).

 

As a developer in our team, you will be developing ¬digital services in close collaboration with developers, designers, and other experts to define, design and deliver the next wave of AI.
Our team is full of color and enthusiasm. We work fast and collaboratively

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
