What you'll build
As a member of the SIX Design & Piloting team, you will gain valuable insights into our SAP Industries & Experiences organization and contribute to various projects. You will learn how we turn SAP strategy into customer outcomes, supporting customers across every stage of the journey, from first engagement to long-term value realization.
In this role, you will work closely with our project managers, supporting them in their day-to-day activities and contributing to key strategic projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing meetings, planning and facilitating workshops, and creating presentations. You will also coordinate and moderate internal meetings.
Beyond these tasks, you will play an important role in strengthening both our internal and external communications. Additionally, you will support essential back-office and administrative activities and manage internal communication channels such as our MS Teams channel and SharePoint site.
To excel in this position, you should be proactive, bring forward new ideas, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Strong teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to work independently when required are key to success in this role. The ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and take initiative to drive improvements is essential.

What you bring
Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: Business administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications or comparable fields of study Computer skills: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Planner, Project) Language skills: Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English Soft skills: expert in organizing, dedication to deliver high-quality results, open for learning, team player Nice-to-have qualifications: Project Management, experience in communications, text writing, generative AI, content creation, social media and administrative tasks Working from the office (Walldorf/St.Leon Rot) is required once a week
