In this role you will be the face of our office! You are the first line of contact for many associates who come into the office but also those who have in-office needs. You will ensure conference rooms and the kitchen space are kept tidy and properly stocked. In addition, you will assist in checking mail, sending correspondence, and sending packages on a need-be basis. You will work closely with our front desk security and provide general office organization and administrative support.

 

In addition to office management, you will assist the WorkForce Software Business Unit Marketing Team. Your primary role within this team will be to support the vendor management process, assist with sponsorship contracting, anti-bribery, expense support, and calendar management.

What you’ll do:

Assist associates with hot desk registration process for the office Provide occasional in office meeting support, including but not limited to, room set-up and tear down, delivery/set up and cleanup of food and beverage Provide general office organization of conference rooms, storage closets and front desk area Oversee the vendor management process for the Marketing Team (New Technology and Renewals) Aid the overall WorkForce Software Business Unit marketing team

 

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

2-3 years of administrative experience Professional, tactful, upbeat and energetic Ability to work with minimum supervision, multi-task, set priorities, meet deadlines Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Strong oral and written communication skills & Excellent phone etiquette You will be required to follow a hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 work from home) 

A college degree in marketing, communications, or related field is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
