Workforce Revenue Strategy and Operations
Intuit
**Overview**
Accelerate growth for Intuit’s Workforce business by building the engine that powers our sales team. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role designed for an operational expert who loves solving technical challenges. You won't just be suggesting strategies; you will be designing the tooling, automating the lead flow, and building the infrastructure that allows our sales partners to win.
**Responsibilities**
+ Systems Architecture & Tooling: Own the end-to-end sales tech stack (Salesforce, Connect & Sell, etc.) for the workforce solutions sales team. Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools to ensure reps are spending more time selling and less time on admin.
+ Operational Execution: Design and manage the technical "plumbing" of the sales motion, including lead routing, inbound/outbound workflows, and automated campaign execution.
+ Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks in the current sales cycle and build automated, repeatable solutions that increase sales velocity and consistency.
+ Strategic GTM Partnership: Partner with sales leadership to translate business priorities into technical requirements and actionable sales motions.
+ Data & Insights: Build and maintain the reporting infrastructure in Salesforce to provide real-time visibility into pipeline performance, forecasting, and rep productivity.
+ Cross-Functional Optimization: Collaborate with Marketing and GTM teams to ensure seamless hand-offs from lead generation to sales execution.
**Qualifications**
+ 5-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a highly technical role.
+ Salesforce Power User: Deep technical expertise in Salesforce (reporting, dashboarding, and workflow logic) is non-negotiable.
+ The "Builder" Mentality: Proven track record of setting up sales motions (inbound/outbound) and managing complex lead-routing logic.
+ Execution-Oriented: You are energized by "jumping into the tools" and solving technical puzzles rather than just managing high-level projects.
+ Analytical Rigor: Ability to turn raw data into actionable process improvements.
+ Communication: Ability to explain complex technical setups to non-technical sales leaders and influence stakeholders toward better operational habits.
