With its global reach, the scale and impact on our frontline employees and leaders is significant, with an opportunity to continue to elevate the employee experience. We are establishing a team to build, deploy and sustain the deployment of a new technology platform, at the same time as evolving ways of working and strengthening WFM capability. The WFM Change Governance Analyst will support the execution and global delivery of change governance process and tools. This role will work in partnership with WFM Design and WFM Pay & Policy sector teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities, manage the approvals and functional documentation of all the changes that are required by the sectors. This role will manage and co-develop the WFM global template via process design and controls identification and developing or updating documentation. Your Impact • Support the effort to capture site specific payroll practices. Work with local teams to identify current state of payroll, identify key process/technology gaps and potential opportunities for improvement.- Consulting/Executing • Review current payrule and accrual rule configurations for payroll simplification opportunities - Executing • Develop and update functional design documentation of processes and controls – Executing • Co-develop and update functional configurations and interface design documentation with technical design team member s– Executing • Collaborate on the development and sustainment of pay policy simplification and harmonization governance model - Consulting • Develop and implement standard change governance process and tools globally - Executing • Develop sector specific materials for training on change governance process and tools – Executing • Assist in the planning and execution of all WFM and payroll related technology initiatives and any initiatives that have a payroll impact - Consulting • Contribute to the development of training content that will help build payroll policy understanding for employees, supervisors, and payroll coordinators – Executing • Stay informed of payroll trends, workforce management tools, and the overall future of labor to enhance the payroll value proposition to the business - Informed Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? • Bachelor’s Degree required • 2+ years’ experience in a field & sector-based role is preferred • UKG WFC or WFM Knowledge preferred. • HCM system understanding preferred • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships with diverse employee groups and stakeholders, including senior executives • Strategic thinking, with the ability to flex and adapt • Experience with process engineering/re-engineering If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
