Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in downtown Dallas, TX.  No relocation is offered.

Please note this is an AT&T term employee position which will be up to 3 years in length.

What you'll do

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in supporting a large team of business professionals who keep DirectTV running smoothly? As an AT&T Workforce Liaison you will partner with AT&'s partners to oversee contract personnel who support the operational activities at DirectTV and deliver service to their customers across the entertainment industry. You’ll ensure the individuals are empowered with the tools, access, and systems they need to succeed, while maintaining operational efficiency and driving exceptional customer satisfaction.

System Access Management: Provide and maintain access to critical business systems, including financial, HR, sales, PMO, and mass-market platforms to ensure DirectTV field personnel can perform their roles effectively.

Employee Support: Address and resolve concerns, remotely, ensuring high levels of satisfaction at all times. Help navigate challenges and meet business goals.

Process Ownership: Take ownership of day-to-day service business processes, ensuring adherence to established procedures that drive satisfaction and financial performance.

Technical Support: Act as a go-to resource for resolving immediate technical needs

What you'll need:

Previous experience working with Enterprise Software required

Technical Proficiency: Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams and Excel required

Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with the field to meet financial objectives while maintaining high service standards.

Technical Expertise: Provide direct support for access issues and issue resolution.

Driving Excellence: Ensure that field resources and processes align with the company's goals for sustainable growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Standards: Help maintain service delivery standards that align with the company’s objectives for quality and profitability.

Guidance: Facilitate the implementation of best practices

Customer-Focused Leadership: Represent AT&T professionally, delivering a consistent and positive experience for internal and external stakeholders.

Project Management:  Previous non-technical project management experience supporting business process is preferred

Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to connect effectively with team members, leadership, and customers.

Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail and a focus on achieving business goals.

Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated success in resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively, with a customer-first mindset.

Familiarity with Financial, HR, or CRM systems is a plus

Experience in Wireless or media entertainment industry is a plus

Our Analyst Project Management – Workforce Support Manager, earns between $52,600.00-$98,200 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
