In addition, you will also collaborate with colleagues to understand how people data, processes, and systems connect across the organisation, and participate in discussions with business users and stakeholders to learn about their needs and how our insights support them. What you offer

You’ll support our Workforce Insights team by contributing to data analysis that helps answer key workforce questions and inform decision‑making, as well as assist in monitoring and maintaining dashboards and other data products, managing access requests, and helping resolve basic issues to ensure smooth operations. Working closely with the team, you will collect, organise and prepare people data for deeper analysis while developing your skills in building reports and dashboards, using tools like Power BI with on-the-job training.In addition, you will also collaborate with colleagues to understand how people data, processes, and systems connect across the organisation, and participate in discussions with business users and stakeholders to learn about their needs and how our insights support them. Genuine interest in data and how it can be applied to solve real business problemsFoundational understanding of data analysis or data‑modelling conceptsStrong communication skills with the confidence to share ideas and collaborate effectivelyCuriosity and a growth mindset demonstrated by asking questions, exploring new approaches and persevering through challengesStrong attention to detail and comfort working with numbersExposure to, or eagerness to learn, data‑visualisation tools such as Power BIAbility or willingness to learn how to write and run SQL queries across platforms such as Amazon Redshift, Starburst Presto or Oracle SQL ServerFamiliarity with, or willingness to build skills in, Microsoft tools like Excel, Power Query or Power Automate.
