Develop and maintain policies, processes, and procedures for Workforce Management to meet business needs.
Identify areas of efficiency and increased effectiveness to deliver continuous improvement in resource management.
Provide internal stakeholders with technical expertise and support around workforce planning.
Support senior management in identifying business challenges and influencing changes to policy, process, or programmes.
Actively seek input and feedback from key stakeholders to promote the delivery of improvements.
Embed performance routines associated with Workforce Management.
Oversight of the delivery of forecasts and capacity plans with a 12 to 24-month horizon.
Build effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure forward planning and capacity management.
Develop and implement resource reporting metrics to support operational performance, governance, and continuous improvement.
Provide leadership within the team to ensure that required standards of performance are achieved.
