Job Description/Accountabilities

Owns oversight of the daily operations, ensuring efficient processes are in place to meet the team's accountabilitiesActs as a delegate for the Group ManagersOwns operational escalations to technology and business partnersManages the assignment of work to ensure the team delivers on its SLAsHandles partners' escalations and resolve issues in a timely/professional mannerPrepares and publishing the weekly shift scheduleAssists in BCM Planning and MaintenanceAssists with Audit and Regulatory requirementsAssists with BAU operations tasks as neededOwns the preparation of various departmental reports and statistics

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

Relevant university degree and/or relevant work experienceExcellent PC skills including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsUnderstanding of the business unit and operational functions is an assetExcellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, shows initiative, and has the capacity to learn and adapt quicklyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsDemonstrated commitment to continuous learningA high degree of commitment to quality work and customer serviceAbility to understand, document, and analyze operational processes, issues, and incidents

Additional Details

The team works on a 24/7 shift schedule (including weekends/nights, and Statutory Holidays) and this role requires flexibility to work on any of these shifts as required.This role will require onsite training for at least a 4–6-month period.
