Job Description
Handle all phases of workers’ compensation defense litigation Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials Draft reports, pleadings, and correspondence Provide legal analysis and recommendations to clients Maintain an organized and paperless case file system Collaborate with internal team and client representativesQualifications
