You are: Seeking an experienced Certified Workday Payroll Consultant with 8-10 years of hands on expertise in US Payroll configuration and processing, along with working knowledge of Workday Time Tracking. The consultant will support US payroll operations and later participate in Europe payroll implementations.
The Opportunity:
Configure and support Workday US Payroll (earnings, deductions, taxes, validations, pay components). Handle payroll operations: gross to net, audits, retro runs, garnishments, and reconciliations. Lead UAT, parallel testing, payroll defect fixes, and deployment activities. Collaborate with integration teams on PECI, PICOF, EIB, and related payroll interfaces. Support Workday Time Tracking configurations time entry rules, time calc validations, time off/pay impact. Work with global stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and Finance teams. Prepare for upcoming Europe Payroll implementation (requirements, compliance, localization).
What are we looking for:
Workday Payroll Skills (Primary)
Strong experience with US Payroll configuration Knowledge of: Earnings, deductions, tax setup Payroll inputs & validations Pay results and payroll reconciliation Solid understanding of US payroll regulations (federal/state taxes, FICA, W 2, garnishments).Workday Time Tracking Skills (Secondary)
