**Job Title: Workday Solution Architect**

**Position Summary**
The Workday Solution Architect will serve as a strategic leader and technical expert, responsible for guiding a team in delivering robust Workday solutions aligned with business needs. This role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and ongoing support of Workday modules, ensuring adherence to development standards and alignment with enterprise objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, particularly in Workday HCM and related modules, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Workday modules across various domains.
+ Align Workday solutions with business objectives and technology strategy.
+ Provide technical leadership across Workday implementations and semi-annual releases.
+ Ensure high-quality deliverables through coding standards, peer reviews, and quality assurance processes.
+ Act as a subject matter expert and primary technical contact for Workday initiatives.
+ Regularly review and refine existing configurations, driving process improvements.
+ Leverage Workday Community resources to stay current with new functionality and updates.
+ Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a refined and actionable product backlog.
+ Mentor and support team members on planning, estimation, and engineering best practices.
+ Identify opportunities for innovation and technical debt reduction across Workday platforms.
**Required Experience**
Minimum 7 years of experience in at least two of the following Workday domains:
+ Workday HCM (Pro Certification preferred)
+ Workday Advanced Compensation (Pro Certification preferred)
+ Workday Benefits

+ Workday VNDLY
+ Workday Peakon
+ Workday Extend
