Workday Reporter - TA
Experience & Skills + Strong Workday reporting expertise — specifically someone who has: + Hands-on experience building reports in Workday, ideally within TA. + Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting operations (understands TA terminology, workflows, and business processes). + Deep knowledge of calculated fields for generating TA metrics. + Ability to handle operational reporting needs such as: + Candidate pipeline progress + Recruitment process steps + Staffing activities + New hire tracking + Business process data pulls + Discovery Boards experience is a plus but not required. Prism Analytics not required .
