Job Description We are seeking an experienced Tax Analyst Consultant with specialized expertise in Workday HCM/Payroll and ADP SmartCompliance. The ideal candidate has a high level of WD tax experience, particularly in creating EIBs and amendments, and is comfortable providing assistance with prior year tax matters. This role is critical for ensuring payroll tax compliance, accurate reconciliation, and supporting clients through process stabilization and remediation efforts in a remote capacity. Skills and Requirements Proven experience as a Tax Analyst or similar role specializing in Workday HCM/Payroll and ADP SmartCompliance. Demonstrated expertise in payroll tax compliance, EIB creation, amendments, and multi-jurisdictional taxation. Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Prior experience assisting with prior year tax filings and resolving tax notices is highly preferred. Excellent communication and client engagement skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
