CTG is seeking a Workday Integrations Developer with SME-level expertise in Workday Integrations to participate in a Workday implementation, acting as SME for building integrations to/from the Workday Finance module. This role will serve as the SME for designing, building, and optimizing complex integrations while partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders to enhance and scale Workday HCM capabilities. The ideal candidate will have deep experience building end-to-end Workday integrations, a strong understanding of the Workday HCM data model, and a proven track record supporting enterprise Workday expansions, enhancements, and transformation initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** **Workday Integrations Development (Primary Focus)** + Analyze current integrations between the existing PeopleSoft ERP and third-party applications, and translate into build specs for the new Workday financial system integrations + Build integrations, using Workday best practices. + Coordinate with financial operations staff and 3rd parties to test and validate integrations + Implement new build in the production environment + Create documentation as needed + Assist in analyst mentoring and training to get client's team up to speed on Workday best practices Required Skills: + 5+ years of experience building Workday integrations + Advanced expertise in the Workday Finance module + Advanced experience in building integrations for the Workday HCM module is a bonus + Excellent communication skills + Ability to mentor and train analysts new to the Workday ERP system **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in a healthcare provider, payer, or healthcare technology organization. + Workday certifications in Integrations and/or Workday HCM. + Experience supporting large-scale Workday HCM deployments or platform build-outs.. **Key Competencies** + Advanced Workday HCM functional and technical knowledge + Enterprise integration architecture expertise + Strategic thinking with platform expansion experience + Strong stakeholder engagement with HR and IT leadership + Ability to translate complex HCM business processes into technical solutions **About CTG** CTG, a Cegeka company, is at the forefront of digital transformation, providing IT and business solutions that accelerate project momentum and deliver desired value.
