Responsibilities Essential Functions / Process Responsibilities Ensures current, accurate, in-system guidance available in all modules, in English & Spanish Coordinates with module owners for guidance modifications to address feedback, defects and changes Plans use of additional guided activities and AI features to improve user experience through Journeys, Knowledge Management and Case Management tools Configures and maintain business processes, security and workflows for Help Module Maintain system documentation of module Works with business to ensure system guidance is up to date as system enhancements are made across the Workday platform Applies understanding of available technical resources; selects most relevant, innovative options as solutions Completes testing and regression testing of updates, including bi-annual Workday releases Re-processes / actively works to reengineer HR processes to leverage technology to be more efficient, accurate, and customer-oriented Education and Experience preferred Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, a related field, or comparable experience Exposure or experience with Workday HCM Experience in project management or planning Bi-lingual Spanish strongly preferred Key Competencies preferred: Passionate about technology and automation Process thinker Demonstrate strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision by proactively planning tasks, managing priorities, and delivering high-quality results on schedule Strong attention to detail Ability to thrive in an evolving start-up environment Self-motivated, independent thinker Adaptable to changing processes and priorities Physical and Other Requirements Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment Ability to use systems and analyze data online Work extended hours; sit for extended periods
