Qualifications:
0-2 years work experience in roles utilizing Workday, PeopleSoft, Lawson/Infor, or SAP Human Capital Management solutions
0-2 years of functional experience in at least one of the following areas related to Human Capital Management: Human Resources, Payroll, Talent and Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, and/or Learning
Huron requires a bachelor’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
Post-pandemic willingness to travel up to 50%
US Work authorization required
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Workday core certification highly desired: HCM
Experience participating in Workday HCM discovery and design sessions
Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
The ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate university and hospital executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism
The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
The ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration
Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams
A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
